Position Summary The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for pouring beer and tracking product inventory, including what hawkers take out to the stands, what is sold, and what must be recorded as waste or returned to inventory. The Hawker Room is located outdoors and is a shared space with the Culinary team. Although the room is a joint responsibility between Culinary, the Hawkers, and the Attendant, it is the Coordinator who leads the spaceproviding direction, communicating with departments, and ensuring smooth operations. The Coordinator is accountable for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall readiness of the room. This role requires confidence and comfort in directing Hawkers, Culinary staff, and other team members as needed. Candidates must be able to carry up to 22kg (50lbs) and safely move and change kegs. The Hawker Room must never be left unattended. This is a seasonal role from March31,2026 and will end on September14,2026. This role pays an hourly rate of US$17.85$22.00CAD. This position will remain open until June5,2026. About The Venue Rogers Field at NatBailey Stadium is the 75yearold, proud home of the Vancouver Canadians. Oak View Group serves the stadium as its main foodandbeverage partner during a brief but intense season of 66 games in 11 weeks, running from April to September. The venue is familyfriendly and offers a positive environment where you can grow your skills while creating unforgettable moments for the fans. Responsibilities Poor beers and build Hawker orders. Maintain and organize 3rd Base stock and supply levels, including Dog Yard, Mucho, Rosies, Caesar, and condiments. Listen and respond to assistance calls for POS issues with Hawkers. Implement foodsafe, FIFO, temperaturewatch protocols for all fridges located near 3rd base. Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes. Ensure Hawkers are following Serving it Right policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Serving It Right certification. Experience in the foodservice industry, including the ability to poor from a beer tap. Ability to learn portable POS systems. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with coworkers, managers, volunteers and guests. Know how to change a keg. Ability to lift up to 22kg (50lbs).
