Grow With a Company on the Rise. Spire Mechanical Ltd. is a growing commercial HVAC contractor serving the Greater Vancouver area. We specialize in air conditioning, ventilation, and fullservice heating and cooling systems for commercial and institutional clients. We are hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Technician to take ownership of field work, support project execution, and mentor junior technicians. This role is ideal for a skilled commercial HVAC professional who wants lead responsibility, strong pay, and real career growth without getting lost in a large corporate structure. What You''ll Do Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and commissioning Interpret mechanical drawings, controls schematics, and specifications Coordinate onsite activities with project managers, contractors, and other trades Mentor apprentices and junior technicians Ensure work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards Complete service reports, documentation, and job records accurately Support preventative maintenance programs and system upgrades Act as a technical leader and represent Spire Mechanical professionally on site What We''re Looking For 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, including leadlevel work Red Seal Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic or Sheet Metal Worker Strong understanding of VRF systems, hydronics, ventilation, and controls Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC systems Experience coordinating work and guiding other technicians Class B or A Gas Fitter (asset) Strong communication and problemsolving skills Valid driver''s license and ability to work across the Lower Mainland Compensation & Benefits $45-$60 per hour, based on experience Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Extended health and dental benefits Overtime opportunities Ongoing training and advancement pathways Longterm career growth with a rapidly expanding company Why Join Spire Mechanical Work with a tightknit, professional team Real leadership responsibilitynot just a title Opportunity to grow into senior technical or supervisory roles Your work and ideas make a visible impact Stable, fulltime employment with strong project pipeline Apply Today If you''re a commercial HVAC professional ready to step into a leadership role with excellent pay and growth potential, we''d like to hear from you.
