About The Role The ProductionLiquid Operator role requires a strong combination of technical ability, foodsafety awareness, communication skills, and mechanical aptitude to ensure safe and efficient transformation of raw materials into finished liquid products. The ProductionLiquid Operator ensures food and employee safety in their daily routine. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment and follow recipes accurately according to the production schedule. Adjust processing parameters (prerefiners, refiners, conch temperatures) and add required ingredients per specifications. Operate and monitor PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems to ensure proper equipment performance. Transfer product safely and efficiently between processing equipment and finished tanks. Conduct quality checks, including fineness testing and CCP monitoring, and record results. Perform basic and preventive maintenance, identifying and escalating mechanical issues when required. Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP procedures, and sanitation standards. Use SAP and other systems for production data entry, inventory tracking, and documentation accuracy. Maintain detailed production logs, shift records, and operational documentation. Communicate production status, issues, and shift handover information clearly to team members and leads, while supporting crosstrained roles as needed. About You High school diploma required. Food manufacturing experience considered an asset. Experience with SAP considered an asset. Must be able to freely move around entire facility. Must be able to lift 55lbs. Ability to work in and be exposed to heat.
