We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Systems Analyst to support and enhance our ERP environment within a manufacturing setting. This role plays a critical part in stabilizing day-to-day ERP operations, improving business processes, and translating operational needs into sustainable system solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing knowledgepreferably in building or cabinet constructionalong with the ability to think holistically about end-to-end process flows. Key Responsibilities Support ongoing ERP operations through structured issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and resolution. Analyze, map, and document business processes to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities. Assist with ERP system configuration, enhancements, and controlled change implementation. Manage assigned system bugs and enhancement requests within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework. Gather, define, and document functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders. Support system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. Promote data accuracy, system integrity, and reporting reliability across the organization. Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials to support effective system adoption. Coordinate with external consultants, as directed by management, for escalations or specialized expertise. Capture lessons learned and translate operational insights into sustainable system and process improvements. Experience & Education Proven systems management experience or relevant advanced degree. Previous work experience implementing and managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems. Excellent Project and Change Management abilities, PMP or relevant certification preferred. Experience managing databases and understanding of database structure and theory.
