Apply today and help us build what matters. Your Impact Starts Here Graham is actively recruiting a Project Controls Manager to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Senior Project Controls Manager, this role is responsible for defining and documenting project controls processes, procedures, and systems within their area of specialization, while providing seniorlevel support and issue escalation for operations groups and project teams. The Project Controls Manager monitors evolving operational requirements and industry practices, identifies projects at risk, and supports continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to Grahams standard practices. Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site Define, document, and maintain project controls processes, procedures, and systems within the area of specialization, ensuring consistent application and adherence to Graham standard practices across projects and operations Act as a senior escalation point for complex project controls issues, supporting operations groups and project teams by identifying projects at risk, addressing performance gaps, and escalating concerns to leadership as required Monitor evolving operational requirements and industry practices, identify improvement opportunities, manage an improvement roadmap, and lead initiatives that enhance systems, processes, and overall project performance Support project teams with project controls planning, including budgeting, scheduling, quantity tracking, document management, and KPI development, while providing reliable information to enable informed financial and operational decisionmaking Manage, coach, and mentor junior Project Controls personnel, fostering consistent performance, knowledge sharing, and professional development, with responsibility for up to six direct reports depending on level The Right Tools for the Job Education & Experience: Diploma or university degree (Construction or Engineering preferred) with 510+ years of experience in construction and project controls, including handson use of cost control, scheduling, planning, and document management systems Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong business process and systems expertise within Project Controls, with proficiency in MS Office, Project Controls software, P6, and familiarity with InEight Project Suite considered an asset; able to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable insights Leadership & Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, collaborate across Operations and Corporate Services, communicate effectively at all levels, and apply strong financial and business judgment to support informed project decisionmaking Lay the Foundation for Your Next Career Move.
