Adecco is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a fulltime onsite position in Surrey, BC. This opportunity is ideal for organized and detailoriented individuals who thrive in fastpaced distribution environments and are comfortable managing multiple shipments, documents, and vendor relationships. Salary: $26-32/hr Location: Surrey, BC Schedule: Fulltime | Permanent Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy. Transit & Parking: Yes Responsibilities Coordinate domestic (and any applicable international) outbound shipments; schedule and monitor deliveries with carriers/freight providers Communicate with warehouses, suppliers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Prepare and review shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, packing lists, etc.) and maintain accurate shipment/inventory records in ERP or logistics systems Track shipments proactively; resolve delays, damages, and discrepancies; coordinate returns and manage claims with carriers/customers as needed Monitor transportation costs, negotiate freight rates, and support distribution planning and warehouse operations Generate logistics and performance reports; ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies, addressing any noncompliance promptly Requirements Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 2-3 years of logistics/transportation/supply chain coordination experience Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and freight documentation; ERP experience and solid Excel skills Excellent communication, problemsolving, and timemanagement skills; ability to multitask under tight deadlines Knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations is an asset; experience in grocery/food distribution or warehouse environments is an asset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada Interested in this position?
