Wallenstein Feed & Supply Ltd., Ontarios leading feed suppliers, is seeking a detailoriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Pullet Finance Coordinator. In this role, you will support the financial and operational administration of WFSs pullet growing program. The position is responsible for coordinating invoicing, monitoring production costs, tracking flock activity, and supporting financial reporting related to pullet operations. Working closely with the Pullet Program Lead, Accounting team, and Sales staff, this role ensures accurate financial tracking, timely invoicing, and effective communication with growers and service providers. This position plays an important role in supporting the continued growth and efficiency of WFSs poultry business by improving the accuracy, visibility, and coordination of pullet program financial activities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate invoicing related to pullet flocks and grower operations Track chick costs, production expenses, and flock financial performance Review trucking and service invoices to verify flock movement details Maintain records related to vaccine inventory and pullet program costs Support endofflock financial reporting and reconciliation Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with accounts receivable followup Work with Accounting and Sales teams to ensure accurate financial records Assist with cost tracking and financial monitoring for pullet operations Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: A diploma or degree in Business, Accounting, Agriculture Business, Finance, or a related field 2+ years of experience in financial administration, accounting support, or operations coordination High proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to coordinate information across multiple departments Experience in agriculture or the poultry industry is considered a strong asset.
