This fulltime position is responsible for managing the company''s most strategic and complex LTL accounts, focusing on longterm relationship building, contract negotiation, and delivering customized freight solutions that align with the customer''s supply chain strategy. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for top-tier corporate clients Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans Manage and grow revenue from top-tier national and government accounts Deliver quarterly business reviews and performance insights Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and client meetings Leverage technology and data to drive customer value Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Qualifications Postsecondary degree required Four (4) years of B2B sales experience Strong business and financial acumen and project management skills Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and problemsolving skills Highlevel negotiation skills and ability to offer competitive pricing and contract renewals Deep understanding of LTL services and pricing Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook) Demonstrated expertise in consultative and valueadded selling Ability to manage complex, multistakeholder relationships Bilingual (English/French) preferred; required in Quebec Working Conditions Position requires extensive and frequent travel, including overnight travel Valid Driver''s License required Hours may vary due to operational need Postsecondary degree required; four years of B2B sales experience; deep understanding of LTL services and pricing; highlevel negotiation skills; valid Driver''s Licence; bilingual (English/French) preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
