Role Description This is a fulltime remote 100 % commission based opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing commercial real estate transactions, researching market trends, and assisting clients with property valuations, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. You will cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, provide financial insights, and communicate effectively to support client needs. Your primary focus will be delivering exemplary service to ensure clients achieve their real estate and investment objectives. You will be teansacting in Commercial real estate asset classes, youre not limited to a specific asset class. You will be leasing by selling any type of Commercial Realestate. The company provides six months online training for people who are starting out in CRE business. Company also provides mentorship program for those who would like to hire a mentor for a specific period (in any asset class) for a compensation fee from each deal. This is only for people who would like to hire a mentor. This is not mandatory. You must hold a valid RECO license and be able to transact in Ontario province. Qualifications Proven expertise in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate transactions Strong financial analysis skills and an understanding of investment principles Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships Familiarity with real estate market analysis, property valuations, and transaction management Proficiency in relevant technology platforms to manage real estate data and reports Bachelor''s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting Previous experience in commercial real estate brokerage or sales is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
