Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fastpaced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. Our Route Service Sales Representatives Enjoy A comprehensive 10week training program with a starting hourly rate of $28.00 until assigned a route A solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment A majority of the work on a 4day workweek with no nights or weekends Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow the existing customer base by upselling and crossselling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Skills and Qualifications Required Valid, full, unrestricted drivers license for a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. All successful candidates will also possess the following: The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position A high school diploma, GED, or military service A strong customer service orientation Selfmotivation and a drive to work in a team environment to meet goals A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit Compensation and Benefits A reasonable estimate of total compensation ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, based on base salary and earned commissions.
