Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting Molycop products and services across the Western Canada and Alaska territory. This role requires strong technical engagement with mining customers, effective relationship management, and the ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams to deliver exceptional service. Remote or hybrid work is available, with travel to customer sites across Western Canada, to Alaska, and to Kamloops, BC as needed. Responsibilities Manage and grow customer accounts across the Western Canada mining sector. Develop new business opportunities and negotiate customer orders. Provide technical support related to Molycop products and grinding media performance. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Prepare accurate monthly and annual forecasts and analyze customer consumption trends. Coordinate with Customer Service, Applications, Metallurgy, and Operations to ensure seamless order execution. Work independently in a remote/hybrid environment with regular travel to customer sites and Kamloops, BC. Use Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage accounts, activities, and reporting. Represent Molycop professionally while supporting company quality, safety, and compliance systems. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of technical sales or account management experience in mining or a related industrial sector. Postsecondary education in engineering, business, marketing, or a related discipline (preferred). Strong technical writing skills, including preparing quotations and proposals. Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system. Selfmotivated, organized, and able to manage travel across Western Canada in a remote/hybrid work environment.
