You will coordinate day-to-day HR activities while contributing to the ongoing improvement of internal processes. WHAT YOU BRING As an ideal candidate, you demonstrate working proficiency in both French and English. You hold a postsecondary diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or a related field, and you have handson HR experience across multiple areas. You bring handson experience in various aspects of HR management. Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset. A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered. Youve worked in environments where you contributed to building or evolving the HR functionwhether by developing tools, defining processes, advising stakeholders, or supporting an organization through change and modernization. Youre comfortable with HR software and using data to inform decisions, and youre skilled at supporting teams through change and collaborating across all levels of the organization. Youre known for your organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail, as well as your ability to explain HR matters clearly, support managers in their decisionmaking, and offer practical, welladapted solutions.
