The Difference Youll Make Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals and future workforce needs Collaboratively drive workforce planning, role design, and talent forecasting Build and manage pipelines for critical, hardtofill, and leadership roles Establish employer branding and sourcing strategies that differentiate us in competitive markets Recruiting Operations Recruit (source, screen, hire), lead, mentor, and scale a highperforming recruiting team Enable efficient, equitable, and datadriven hiring processes Oversee talent acquisition technology (ATS, sourcing tools, analytics) and continue to optimize workflows Set clear performance metrics, accountability standards and use data to improve efficiency and outcomes such as timetofill, qualityofhire, candidate experience Strategic Onboarding & Early Talent Experience Develop and maintain a structured and impactful onboarding strategy that accelerates productivity and engagement Partner with HR and community leadership to ensure a seamless, hightouch candidate experience Enhance onboarding programs that reinforce culture, expectations and performance standards Continuously evaluate onboarding outcomes and retention metrics to drive improvements Stakeholder Partnership & Influence Serve as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy and talent market trends Train and coach hiring managers on effective interviewing, selection and onboarding practices Ensure compliance with all employment laws and best practices What Were Looking For 5+ years of progressive recruiting and talent leadership experience Proven success recruiting, building and leading strategic talent acquisition functions in growing or complex organizations Strong experience designing onboarding programs that measurably improve retention and performance Deep understanding of talent markets, employer branding, and modern sourcing strategies Datadriven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into outcomes Exceptional communication and influence Passion for creating inclusive, candidatecentric hiring experiences Why Join Saint Therese Highimpact role with visibility and influence across a growing organization Opportunity to continue enhancing the recruiting and onboarding strategy to advance industryleading outcomes Missiondriven culture that values people as a competitive advantage Competitive compensation and benefits package About Saint Therese Saint Therese is a faithbased, nonprofit senior living organization with more than 60 years of experience providing compassionate, personcentered care.
