As the Service & Procurement Coordinator, you are the central operational hub of our boutique Studio. You aren''t just ''coordinating''; you are the primary Steward of Trust for every client who calls, ensuring their needs are met with precision, speed, and the artisanal care that defines our brand. You bridge the gap between technical triage and logistical excellence. From the first inbound call to owning the Procurement processes, you set the standard to ensure that every interaction is Uncompromising by Design. This is a fulltime hybrid role based in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for some workfromhome arrangements (3-4 days in office/weekly). This role plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of service delivery and technology procurement within our Managed IT Services environment. This position is responsible for coordinating the daytoday flow of service tickets while also managing the procurement lifecycle at Dyrand. This includes licensing, logistics/shipping, vendor quoting and procurement, and physical lifecycle management of storage for Client and internal technology assets. The Service & Procurement Coordinator serves as the critical first point of contact for clients calling into the Service Desk, answering inbound phone calls, gathering key information, setting expectations, and ensuring requests are properly logged, prioritized, and routed. This role helps create a positive first impression for clients while ensuring issues are handled efficiently and without delay. This role acts as a central operational hub, keeping service tickets moving efficiently, supporting Service Leadership, and enabling Systems Specialists to focus on technical delivery, while also ensuring hardware, software, and subscriptions are procured, tracked, renewed, and delivered accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detailoriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple workflows in a fastpaced MSP environment. Core Role Guidelines & Vision The Operational Hub of the Studio The Voice of the Boutique Experience First Impression Mastery: Serve as the primary voice of Dyrand, answering inbound calls with the calm, professional demeanor required of a boutique firm. Ticket Curation: Triage Helpdesk and Alert boards with a ''Curators Eye'', categorizing and assigning requests to the right Systems Specialist based on urgency and skill. SLA Guardianship: Monitor BrightGauge dashboards/alerts for ''Urgent'' or ''Stale'' tickets, ensuring our commitment to premier service is never compromised. Logistics & Asset Stewardship Hardware Curation: Procure everything from highperformance enduser devices to critical project infrastructure (firewalls, switches, and servers) with an eye for quality and vendor alignment. Lifecycle Management: Manage the ''Logic & Legacy'' of client assets; actioning and tracking renewals for domains, SSL certificates, and Microsoft 365 licensing to ensure zero service disruption. Logistics Artistry: Coordinate the shipping, receiving, and staging handoff of all technology equipment, ensuring every Clients delivery reflects our high standards. Operational Foresight Process Refinement: Update SOPs and service delivery playbooks to ensure our ''Boutique Experience'' remains efficient and consistent. Financial Precision: Prepare purchase orders, Client quotes, and manage renewals, ensuring pricing and margins align with our company standards and audit readiness.
