Essential Functions: Holds responsibility for the success of the daytoday interaction within their assigned client portfolio Act as the Fleet Manager for your assigned accounts which requires a thorough understanding of your clients culture, contracts, policies and needs Interact with the AM, SM, other ARI departments as well as external parties to respond to client inquiries, resolve issues and complete projects according to set deadlines Proactively maintain and update client parameters/profiles Selector building, including concession negotiations, vehicle recommendations, vehicle pricing, client approval and order placing Build and analyze reports based on clients needs in order to make appropriate recommendations to clients on all aspects of Fleet Management Run regular monthly proactive reports to identify and resolve potential issues before they arise Work on all relevant ARI systems, maintaining a current understanding of each, and adapting to system changes Beware of potential problems and work to resolve them; escalate to the appropriate internal parties Exercise time management and priority setting practices; escalade potential scheduling or workload conflicts and demands Knowledge & Skills: Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks as well as work under pressure to meet deadlines Exercise problem resolution techniques to handle internal and external issues Computer literate; strong MS Word and Excel skills are a must Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team Highly motivated and selfdirected Can adapt quickly to situations Exercise professionalism and good judgment Positive outlook and resultsoriented Other Requirements: University degree or postsecondary diploma / certificate an asset 3 to 5 years direct customer service experience, preferably in the fleet industry Attend corporate/industry sponsored events, client meetings and participate in the preparation as well as presentation of customer reviews where required to support the Account Manager (AM), Sales Manager (SM) or Senior Management Maintain an understanding of ARI systems, services, departmental policies and goals Bilingual position must read, speak and write French fluently Fonctions essentielles : Assumer la responsabilit du succs des interactions quotidiennes au sein du portefeuille de clients qui vous est attribu Agir en tant que gestionnaire de flotte pour les comptes qui vous sont attribus, ce qui ncessite une comprhension approfondie de la culture, des contrats, des politiques et des besoins de vos clients Interagir avec l''AM, le SM, les autres dpartements d''ARI ainsi qu''avec des parties externes afin de rpondre aux demandes des clients, de rsoudre les problmes et de mener bien les projets dans les dlais impartis Maintenir et mettre jour de manire proactive les paramtres/profils des clients. Crer et analyser des rapports en fonction des besoins des clients afin de leur faire des recommandations appropries sur tous les aspects de la gestion de flotte. tablir des rapports mensuels proactifs afin d''identifier et de rsoudre les problmes potentiels avant qu''ils ne surviennent Travailler sur tous les systmes ARI pertinents, en maintenant une comprhension actualise de chacun d''entre eux et en s''adaptant aux changements du systme tre attentif aux problmes potentiels et s''efforcer de les rsoudre ; les transmettre aux parties internes appropries Exercer des pratiques de gestion du temps et de dfinition des priorits ; signaler les conflits et les demandes potentiels en matire de planification ou de charge de travail Connaissances et comptences : Excellentes comptences en matire de service la clientle, de relations interpersonnelles et de communication. Capacit attribuer et organiser plusieurs tches, ainsi qu'' travailler sous pression pour respecter les dlais. Capacit mettre en uvre des techniques de rsolution de problmes pour traiter les questions internes et externes. Matrise de l''informatique ; une bonne matrise de MS Word et Excel est indispensable. Une grande attention aux dtails et la prcision est indispensable. Capacit avre travailler de manire autonome et en quipe. Trs motiv et autonome Capacit s''adapter rapidement aux situations Professionnalisme et bon jugement Attitude positive et orientation vers les rsultats Autres exigences : Diplme universitaire ou diplme/certificat d''tudes postsecondaires, un atout 3 5 ans d''exprience directe en service la clientle, de prfrence dans le secteur des flottes Participer des vnements parrains par l''entreprise/le secteur, des runions avec les clients et contribuer la prparation et la prsentation des valuations des clients lorsque cela est ncessaire pour soutenir le gestionnaire de compte (AM), le directeur des ventes (SM) ou la haute direction Maintenir une bonne comprhension des systmes, des services, des politiques et des objectifs des dpartements d''ARI Le candidat doit tre bilingue et parler, lire et crire couramment le franais HYBRID INDCS Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with jobrelated skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $60,080.00 - $85,610.00 CAD annually for full time employees.
