Update Maintenance Records: Maintain records in an SAP-based spares and maintenance system. Spare Parts Management: Update and add new parts to the SAP-based spare parts system. Equipment Purchase Agreements: Create agreements and route them for approval. Reporting: Generate reports from spares, maintenance records, and the QMS system; export reports to MS Office documents. Support Engineers: Assist in closing actions and change controls. Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Documentation or Administrative role within Manufacturing or Engineering. Industry Experience: Previous Pharmaceutical experience is an advantage. Software Proficiency: Experience with SAP and/or other CMMS software.
