Program Overview Doorway is a 24/7 operational assistant designed to help property managers & owners reduce administrative burden and increase operational oversight. This program is ideal for experienced real estate professionals in Western Canada with strong relationships in property management and commercial real estate. The Ambassador Program exists to introduce qualified property operators to the Doorway team for a short demo. Ambassadors are not responsible for selling, pricing, or closing. About the Company Doorway has been underdevelopment for 7 years and is going to market in 2026. The founder is an owner operator with 60M + assets under management as a landlord and developer & property manager. Your Role Identify qualified property operators Make a warm introduction Who is a Good Referral for a Demo A demo qualifies when the contact: Manages or owns: commercial, residential or mixed-use properties Commercial tenant or facility manager with mulitple locations. Oversees maintenance or operational workflows Has authority or influence in decision-making Education and Experience Minimum Qualifications 5+ years experience in real estate, property management, or related field Strong existing network: landlords representation, tenant representation, property management, facility management Comfortable initiating professional introductions Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized and reliable with follow-through Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory) Commercial & Multi-family investment sales Exposure to property management workflows B2B technology sales Previous business development or referral experience Compensation A demo qualifies when: The contact attends for the entire demo They meet specific DoorWay Demo criteria* It is their first demo with Doorway Payments are issued monthly.
