Why join us 100% remote work (work from home) Earlystage opportunity to shape SWORDs Canadian operations during hypergrowth Play a role in improving the Canadian healthcare system Stock options granted at hire What youll do Lead deals with Workers Compensation boards and provincial/federal health services in Canada, achieving company bookings and quotas Help shape SWORDs sales playbook and processes Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets Craft and communicate compelling value propositions for target partners Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through personal prospecting and collaboration with channel teams Collaborate internally to complete deals and ensure longterm account success Represent SWORD at conferences and industry events Our ideal candidate Willing to travel ~30% depending on territory and sales cycle 7+ years of sales experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas for net new revenue Strong independent accountability with excellent followup and followthrough skills Experience in highgrowth startups Ability to clearly communicate value propositions and differentiators in competitive, fastpaced environments Skilled at navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders Ability to generate pipeline independently and through broker/consultant relationships Selfdriven, entrepreneurial, and resultsoriented Exceptional communicator with strong relationshipbuilding skills Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce.com, and relevant industry software Bonus points 5+ years in digital health 5+ years managing consultant/broker relationships Established network of employer benefits leaders Established network of health plan decisionmakers Physiotherapy background or experience selling MSK solutions $172,129 - $270,489 a year *This range includes base, variable and equity These compensation bands are just the starting point.
