Why you should join Qwilr is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale our topoffunnel growth engine. This role is accountable for generating highintent demand that converts into new business revenue. Youll set the growth strategy, run experiments to identify new growth areas, and work handson with our internal team and partners to turn channels into predictable revenue drivers. Youll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution: keeping a clear view of the numbers and the market, while still rolling up your sleeves to ship, test, optimise, and scale. Youll have autonomy to experiment, learn fast, and shape Qwilrs next growth chapter. Youll partner closely with senior GTM leaders and have real influence on strategy and results. Youll have a fully stacked inhouse marketing team, including design, engineering, PMM, rev ops, data, lifecycle and growth to collaborate with. What youll focus on in your first 46 months Build a deep understanding of our funnel, customers, and existing growth levers. Strengthen performance and predictability across our core channels. Identify and validate one to two new growth motions with clear scale potential. Establish clear growth reporting and decisionmaking frameworks. What success looks like in this role Own and deliver growth outcomes. Own topoffunnel performance, with a clear focus on driving consistent demo volume, conversion to revenue, and healthy payback economics. Translate company revenue goals into clear growth targets, channel plans, and experiment roadmaps. Build confidence in whats working, whats not, and where to invest next. Lead & scale established channels. You wont be running everything solo, but youll be accountable for performance, prioritisation, and learning across: SEM strategic ownership, performance optimisation, and roadmap with support from our external agency handling daytoday execution. SEO/AEO partner closely with our inhouse Growth Marketing Manager to drive sustainable, highintent organic growth and influence how we appear on AI platforms. Identify and unlock new channels. Design and run experiments to unlock new growth levers. Be comfortable operating in ambiguity, knowing that many experiments wont work or scale. Be quick to double down on the ones that show credible signals of scale. Build a repeatable testlearnscale framework for new initiatives. Be relentlessly curious about getting to the core insight as to what is working, and why. Be a goto crossfunctional partner. Work closely with GTM leaders to align on lead quality, conversion, and feedback loops. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Creative, and Lifecycle to ensure growth initiatives are complementary, impactful, and aligned with our broader marketing strategy. Act as a thought partner to the CMO, Head of Revenue Operations, Product Marketing Manager and the wider org, with a general willingness to work outside of your main lane as needed. What were looking for ~5+ years experience in a growthoriented marketing role in a fastmoving SMB environment (flexible on whether this is B2B SaaS or consumer). Proven track record of driving revenue growth, not just traffic or leads. Strong understanding of performance economics: CAC, payback, conversion rates, attribution and the relative tradeoffs here. Experience overseeing paid search and SEO, even if execution is partially delegated. Comfortable running experiments, analysing results, and making clear investment calls. Strong analytical instincts, paired with good judgment and curiosity. Bonus points You bring a complimentary superpower for example deep expertise running integrated campaigns, unlocking ecosystem growth, longform content or community building. Experience scaling one or both salesled and/or productled growth motions. How you operate Handson and pragmatic, happy in spreadsheets and in the tools.
