Job Summary As a customer care representative, you will communicate with customers via phone and email, enter customer orders, and assist customers with stock checks, pricing requests, and general inquiries. You will use an AS400based system as well as webbased applications, provide assistance to our outside sales team, and collaborate with supply chain and distribution partners. The role requires the ability to work in a fastpaced demanding environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Core Responsibilities Process customer orders on webbased and BPCS (AS400) system. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner. Expedite and source product to ensure that customer requirements are met. Deliver above and beyond customer service in a fastpaced environment. Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate customer needs. Qualifications 35 years experience in customer relations. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and multitask. Proven people skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. A high degree of emotional intelligence and business integrity. Willingness to be a team player while working independently with little direction. Decisionmaking, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills. Familiarity with MS Office Applications. University degree or college diploma preferred.
