Position Summary A Department Specialized Associate, this Associate drives sales in a highly specialized part of our business. Product knowledge in this field is at a premium. What Youll Do Customer service is a priority moments take precedence over task Assist customers with sale of goods including: Provide product information. Answer product questions. Recommend products. Retrieve products from locked cabinets. Full completion of standard floor associate type work, including but not limited to: Deep zone, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, Price changes, Feature to home, Zoning. Setting and completion of modular Promote Charity events, Promote Walmart Mastercard, Promote Walmart Protection Plan, Promote OMNI extended aisle offering. Product Launches in-store Product Launch of high complexity, training/advising other areas of the store as necessary. Rate of Pay The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
