Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. is seeking an Intern, Continuous Improvement, for an existing opportunity within our organization. The CI intern provides support for the continuous improvement team through driving and sustaining improvements in our Tavistock plant. The Continuous Improvement Intern is a true CI Ambassador. It provides daily floor presence to coach, influence, and implement improvements, and ensures Lean SixSigma standards are correctly applied and followed. The internship will begin on May11th and end August14th,2026. What You Will Do Write the future of the industry work alongside a committed team to find better and more efficient answers that shape the future of our industry. Have an impact on day one be handson and contribute to our success from the first day. Grow in your own way discover opportunities for career growth throughout the internship. Support plant initiatives on automating KPI reports for Packaging and Production. Identify and map transformation losses in packaging and engage in floorlevel activities to reduce them. Support shortterm CI projects and adhoc requests and special projects. Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Technology, or a related field (second or thirdyear bachelors students or firstyear masters students). Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (e.g., Yellow/Green Belt certification), 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis (DMAIC, Fishbone, 5 Whys) is an asset. Data analysis ability and experience leading rootcause or performancegap analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI) and manufacturing performance systems (e.g., OEE). Time management and ability to multitask with multiple small projects. Clear written and verbal communication skills for crossfunctional collaboration (Production, Maintenance, Quality, WH). Ethical, proactive, and objective approach. Ability to manage and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
