Purpose of a Dealer Service Representative The Dealer Service Representative (DSR) is responsible for managing relationships with dealership partners, assisting with account inquiries, processing documentation, and ensuring a seamless financing experience for both dealers and their customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customerfocused mindset. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all dealership inquiries via phone and email. Assist dealers with loan application submissions, approvals, and funding processes. Review and process financing documentation for accuracy and compliance with company policies. Respond promptly to dealer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings. Provide training and guidance to dealership staff on Northlake Financial products and procedures. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., underwriting, funding, collections) to resolve dealer or customer issues. Monitor dealer account activity and provide regular updates on funding status, delinquency, or policy changes. Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions and transactions in company systems. Identify opportunities to improve dealer experience and recommend process enhancements. Other tasks as assigned. Requirements Must be able to work an 8hour shift, Monday to Friday, between the hours for 8am and 8pm. 2+ years of related experience. Experience selling in indirect automotive or consumer lending, financial services is an asset. PostSecondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset. Valid Driver''s license. Dexterous in using productivity tools and enduser software including MS Office suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal communication. Successful track record of growing sales and ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Compensation Base salary of $40,000 annually.
