Job Description Posted Monday, March 9, 2026 at 4:00 AM This role requires a strong foundation in print design, as well as the ability to create engaging video content. The ideal candidate is a versatile designer with a passion for storytelling through thoughtful, consistent visual branding, and who takes ownership of their work with confidence. Reporting Responsibilities The Graphic Designer reports directly to the Marketing Manager Education Required Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Skills, Knowledge and Experience 34 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on print production Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate, printready files for various formats (e.g., brochures, signage, packaging) Working knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) Experience creating and editing videos for social media and YouTube Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and colour theory Specific Responsibilities Create and deliver final productionready assets for both digital and print channels, including (but not limited to) paid ads, website content, social media, video assets, brochures, catalogues, marketing material and tradeshows. Support the creation and production of creative concepts across branding, campaigns and digital experiences. Prepare and deliver accurate, highquality printready files. Edit and produce video content for social media and YouTube. Collaborate with marketing and crossfunctional teams to develop visual assets. Work alongside external vendors to complete projects (print, video, event, etc.) Support campaign development by drafting initial concept ideas, preparing outlines/scripts, assisting with voiceover production and sourcing existing materials through our Digital Hub. Maintain and make design decisions with brand consistency across all visual materials, keeping within brand guidelines. Recommend improvements to visual communication strategies. Own assigned projects from concept development through to execution in a timely manner, while working within project schedules and deadlines. Skills and Additional Requirements Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and layout Selfmotivated and able to work independently or collaboratively Strong communicator who can take feedback constructively Organized and able to manage time effectively across multiple deadlines Passionate about design, storytelling, and visual communication Additional requirements: This is a fulltime position, typically Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility required to support marketing events, or urgent Marketing matters. The role is based in a fastpaced, highdemand environment where priorities can shift quickly, and multiple tasks must be managed simultaneously. Regular travel between campus locations will be required. Occasional travel to attend external events such as conferences, content shoots, and other relevant engagements is part of the role.
