Position Overview The Outlets Manager supports the Director of Food & Beverage by managing all food and beverage outletsincluding restaurants, bars, banquets/events, catering, and inroom dining. The role upholds exceptional service standards, leads the team, and ensures efficient, profitable operations. Responsibilities Operational management: lead daytoday operations of all outlets, coordinate with culinary staff, oversee banquet operations, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure health and safety compliance. Team leadership & development: train, mentor, and evaluate frontofhouse staff; conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster a positive team environment. Guest service & experience: engage with guests, address inquiries and complaints, and maintain consistent highquality service across venues. Financial & budget management: assist the Director in meeting revenue, costcontrol, and profitability targets; monitor daily revenues and participate in promotion planning. Crossdepartmental collaboration: lead the department in the Directors absence; collaborate with Executive Chef, Wine Director, and other hotel departments; coordinate with Head Office teams on staffing, technology, and marketing initiatives. Proven experience as a manager in food and beverage, preferably in luxury or fine dining. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of service standards, menu planning, and guest satisfaction strategies. Experience with budgeting, labor control, and revenue generation. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the industry. Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in hotel and restaurant software (e.g., Opera, Squirrel, Open Table, Tripleseat). Knowledge of Relais & Chteaux standards is an asset.
