Department Manager, Pharmacy London Drugs Join us as the Department Manager, Pharmacy at London Drugs, a leading Canadian retail pharmacy chain. In this role you will lead our pharmacy department, ensuring high standards of practice, exceptional patient service, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Hire, schedule, payroll and coach a highperforming pharmacy team. Maintain pharmacy operations, compliance, prescription accuracy and communityfocused service. Lead diseasemanagement and compliance programs, community seminars and workshops. Minimum Qualifications BSc in Pharmacy (12years community pharmacy experience). Registered Pharmacist license, good standing with provincial College. Strong knowledge of pharmacy business, patient counseling and drug usage review. Excellent communication and customer/staff relations. Leadership coaching style, multitasking and working well under pressure. High professionalism, energy and enthusiasm. Strong computer skills.
