As a member of our Golf Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable golfing experience. Leadership opportunities may be discussed during the interview based on skills and qualifications. We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. What you will be doing Each position has specific job duties and qualifications that will be discussed with successful applicants during the interview process. Qualifications Valid Class 5 Drivers License Able to work flexible hours (early morning, evening and occasional split shifts) Ability to deal with high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well within both a team setting and an independent setting with limited supervision Leadership experience would be considered an asset Interest in becoming or have already entered the CPGA Apprentice or Candidate program Proficient in computer skills (reservation and POS systems) Knowledge of the game of golf and its principles surrounding etiquette Proactive with a demonstrated eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple functions Highly motivated and guest driven with a passion to continually exceed expectations and anticipate needs Solutions-oriented, strong interpersonal skills and problem solving techniques Retail opportunities - Previous retail and/or merchandising experience is an asset Additional Information Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
