Overview Join to apply for the Registered Nurses role at Nurse Next Door . Base pay range: CA$41.00/hr - CA$50.00/hr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities and duties Must be willing to travel to 2 of the following communities for 2-hour shifts: Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, and Mission. At least 2 days per week of availability totaling 10 hours per week. Execute on the clients care plan as outlined by the Care Designer, including all nursing duties plus personal care. Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly. Provide delegations of tasks or other training to the care team. Assess clients needs and report back to the Care Designer with recommendations or complex care plans. Function within the limits of practice and organizational policies. Requirements Class 5 Drivers Licence and reliable transportation. Double COVID vaccination required. Current RN licence in BC. TB test within 2 years. Current First Aid with CPR. Excellent written and verbal English skills; other languages are an asset. Technically savvy with mobile apps and G-Suite. Previous home care nursing experience is an asset. 2 professional references. Wound or palliative care experience is required. VACC dressing experience is preferred.
