Precision Well Servicing is looking for a Yard & Facility Coordinator to operate out of the Brooks facility. This position oversees and coordinates activities in the shop and yard to ensure all specific tasks are performed correctly in accordance with company policies and safety standards. This is a physically demanding position, and the ideal candidate must be able to work in varying climates/weather conditions as required. This position will Manage the shipping and receiving duties, assist with the mechanical operations such as delivering or picking up parts from local vendors. Key Responsibilities: Monitor all activities conducted in facility and yard Monitor and maintain the condition of the facility and yard Complete shipping and receiving activities at the facility Monitor, maintain, and issue inventory stocked in the facility Ensure all facility equipment is inspected regularly and kept in good order Coordinate third party contractors when needed, delegating their tasks, and monitoring their progress Responsible for all the shop bays in the facility and managing their use Responsible for the heavy equipment parking and storage in the yard Provide facility and yard oversight Carry out general facility and yard housekeeping duties Carry out facility and yard maintenance duties Provide shipping, receiving and inventory control services when required Provide courier services, parts and hotshot''s as required Provide laboring activities to assist all departments as required Qualifications: 3 years related experience Basic mechanical and working knowledge of service rigs and related components Possess TDG and WHIMIS certification Prior experience operating a forklift Prior experience operating commercial vehicles Prior experience working with an overhead crane Class 3 drivers license is an asset Air brake endorsement #J-18808-Ljbffr
