Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a specialized field or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience with the full hardware design cycle, including schematic capture, component selection, board bring-up, and debugging. 4 years of experience programming with Python for scripting, test automation, and data analysis. 4 years of experience working in hardware board design, validation, or applications engineering. 4 years of experience with high-speed Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) principles. Experience using simulation tools or analysis techniques to de-risk PMIC and mixed-signal designs. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, electronic loads) for characterization and rootcause analysis. Familiarity with light measurement devices (spectrometers, colorimeters, industrial cameras) and the ability to correlate electrical performance with optical outputs (brightness, color, uniformity). Ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional environment and communicate complex technical concepts to both internal R&D teams and external partners. Ability to process and visualize experimental data to drive engineering decisions. Willingness to travel internationally (Taipei, partner sites) to support integration milestones. #J-18808-Ljbffr
