Job Description Clinical education is at the heart of nursing and so are the dedicated professionals who bring it to life. Oulton College is currently seeking Practical Nursing Clinical Instructors to join our team. As a Clinical Instructor, youll play a vital role in shaping future LPN''s, ensuring they graduate with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in diverse healthcare settings. What Youll Do: Supervise and mentor PN students during long-term care clinical placements in the Moncton area. Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster skill development in real-world environments Support the integration of classroom learning with clinical practice Promote professional attitudes and practices that reflect excellence in patient care Requirements Diploma as a Licensed Practical Nurse Good standing with the ANBLPN (Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses) or ability to acquire a license. Minimum of five years of experience Experience in long term care setting Wages aligned with industry standard Part time or full time hours available.
