Aidans Coffee and Food is hiring a F/T Cafe Manager. Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent Wage: $36.60-$38.00/hour (depending on experience) Number of Positions: 1 Extended Healthcare Job Duties: Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service, product quality, and customer satisfaction Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations including front-of-house service, kitchen coordination, and workflow efficiency Develop and monitor operating budgets, analyze sales performance, and manage labour costs to support profitability targets Establish staff work schedules, assign duties, and supervise employees to ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours Recruit, train, and mentor staff, and conduct regular performance evaluations to maintain high service standards Monitor staff performance and enforce workplace policies, customer service standards, and operational procedures Organize and maintain inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, and coordinate purchasing to control costs and reduce waste Ensure compliance with provincial health, safety, and food handling regulations at all times Address customer feedback, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain the business reputation Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and sales Job requirements: Education: Completion of secondary school is required Experience: 3-5 years of food service experience including supervisory experience is required How to Apply: Company Information: 116613 Coffee and Food Service Corporation dba Aidans Coffee and Food Please apply via Email indicated above We''re here to help.
