Job Description The Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth within an assigned market by developing and executing market strategies, leading and developing sales talent, and building strong relationships with key accounts. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to ensure targets are achieved while maintaining pricing discipline and longterm customer value. For this position, you will receive a base salary plus annual bonus. Responsibilities Develop a strong understanding of the assigned market and growth opportunities. Create and execute a longterm new business and market growth strategy. Set sales targets and develop market plans to achieve results. Track performance and communicate progress with sales associates. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts. Recruit, coach, and develop sales talent. Collaborate with Senior Account Managers, DSM, and Operations to meet goals. Leverage sales specialists to support opportunities as needed. Establish and approve pricing for jobs while protecting margin. Drive business development by identifying, pursuing, and securing new customers and growth opportunities within the market. Qualifications Proven experience in sales leadership or marketlevel sales management. Strong understanding of market planning, target setting, and performance tracking. Demonstrated success in new business development and key account management. Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing sales teams.
