Responsibilities: Clinical Care Conduct comprehensive assessments for speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, and/or swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidencebased practice Provide oneonone or group therapy to support targeted communication and swallowing goals Document assessments, treatment progress, and clinical findings accurately and promptly Collaboration & Communication Work collaboratively with physicians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, educators, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Communicate complex clinical information clearly and compassionately to patients, families, and caregivers Participate in case discussions, care planning, and coordinated treatment approaches Professional Standards Maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and privacy standards Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to maintain clinical competency Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support bestpractice service delivery Qualifications: Master''s degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology Current registration and good standing with CASLPO (College of Audiologists and SpeechLanguage Pathologists of Ontario) or applicable provincial regulatory body Previous clinical experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations (settingspecific) Strong assessment and diagnostic skills across communication and swallowing domains Excellent interpersonal skills and a patientcentered approach to care Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative clinical environment Strong organization, documentation, and timemanagement abilitiesMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Preferred Assets: Experience in any of the following areas: Early intervention AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication) Dysphagia management Cognitivecommunication disorders Voice and fluency therapy Comfort using EMR/EHR systems Are you interested in this position?
