Job Description

We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established, global supplier to the mining and drilling industry. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and customer support, the company is expanding its presence in Ontario and is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow a key regional territory. This is a field-based role focused on developing long-term customer relationships across mining operations, contractors, and exploration companies throughout the province. The Role Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will: Manage and grow an existing customer base across Onatrio Identify and pursue new business opportunities within mining and drilling operations Develop strong relationships with site managers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders Provide technical product recommendations and support Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales Track pipeline activity and provide regular forecasts Travel regularly within the province to visit customer sites What Were Looking For 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within mining, drilling, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors Strong understanding of mining operations in Ontario Technical aptitude and the ability to communicate product value clearly Selfmotivated and comfortable working independently in a fieldbased role Excellent relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills Bilingual (French and English) required Valid drivers license and willingness to travel Whats Offered Performancebased bonus structure (40%+) Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Opportunity to represent a globally respected brand in the industry This role can be based anywhere in Ontario #J-18808-Ljbffr
