The Senior Manager National Warehousing oversees all aspects of Finished Goods (FG) inventory management across the organization and thirdparty logistics (3PL) warehouses. This role provides leadership to ensure the team achieves the longterm warehousing strategy, while closely collaborating with other Supply Chain departments and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership to improve health and safety outcomes by leading by example and exercising due diligence in the application of elements of the company''s health and safety program. Manage and review the operating budget (OPEX) under their responsibility by developing and maintaining an annual budget, reviewing/approving expenses, and explaining all variance to plan. Develop and manage the warehouse Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) budget. Establish, monitor, and automate key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and manage staff by hiring employees, evaluating their performance, providing feedback, identifying training and development needs, and providing them with the necessary coaching, motivation, and guidance. Oversee operations across companyowned and 3rd party (3PL) warehouses, ensuring KPIs, service levels, and cost targets are achieved. Evaluate short and longterm storage capacity needs, manage 3PL relationships and contracts, and develop business cases for costeffective storage solutions. Ensure compliance with all warehouse policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. Represent warehousing operations during union negotiations; propose contract improvements that enhance cost efficiency and operational flexibility. Manage warehouserelated customer returns and claims (OS&D), partnering with Customer Service, Transportation, and Finance to investigate and resolve issues. Key Qualifications University in a SCM related discipline or equivalent business experience. Minimum 5 years management experience in a fast paced and food related warehouse. Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and WMS (Warehouse Management System). Proven leadership skills with direct and indirect staff Leadership, planning and execution skills including strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint) and SAP or other WMS systems. The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $160,000 base salary, plus bonus, vacation and benefits.
