We have an opening for a strong operational person to keep our business running smoothly someone who can truly own the office , support leadership, and ensure our daytoday operations run efficiently. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper with 10+ years of handson experience , strong QuickBooks proficiency, and exceptional organizational skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking full ownership of administrative operations, bookkeeping accuracy, and office management. Youll be the goto person for ensuring the office functions seamlessly allowing the President and CTO to focus on strategic growth rather than administrative tasks. This position requires someone who is: efficient, proactive, detailoriented, reliable, accurate, and a genuine team player. Key Responsibilities Office Management (60% ~ 70%) Own the daytoday operations of the office and ensure a smooth, efficient work environment Manage office supplies, equipment, service providers, and maintenance needs Support leadership with administrative tasks, scheduling, coordination, and followthrough Oversee office planning, vendor coordination, and operational improvements Ensure policies and procedures are followed and updated when needed Handle general inquiries and internal communications Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and expenses Perform reconciliations and ensure accurate monthend reporting Work closely with external accountants when needed Maintain accurate financial records and ensure documentation is organized Support budgeting and financial tracking as required Qualifications 10+ years experience in office management and bookkeeping University education required Proven ability to run an office independently and take full ownership of responsibilities High accuracy and attention to detail in financial work Strong communication skills and a professional, proactive attitude Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fastmoving environment Experience in a smalltomidsized company is an asset Must live in Mississauga (ideal) or surrounding areas (open) What Were Looking For This isnt just an admin job we need someone who will genuinely own the role and take pride in running the office like a welloiled machine.
