Job Description

Partnering with new, high-performing skin-focused medical clinics is critical to the success of the Account Manager role. You will spearhead the prospecting journey from start to finish, manage and enhance the performance of new accounts and create and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability within our existing client base. Responsibilities: Develop, nurture, plan, and execute new partnership agreements on behalf of AlumierMD. Implement and elevate the utilization of Alumier MDs CONNECT platform to drive account business growth. Ensure that each new account is onboarded to meet and exceed the objectives set out in the account onboarding journey plan. Effectively communicate with impact the AlumierMD unique business offering. Establish a quarterly business plan for each account by identifying growth opportunities and deliver against it. Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, packaging and pricing that may impact sales efforts and communicate this information to sales management and other departments as necessary Develop a high level of product knowledge and scientific credibility. Present microteaches on any part of our product range when necessary. Administration of territory information and compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative. (CRM) this includes Updating Zendesk Sell daily for facetoface call activity and other activity. Progress account development by executing patient events, customer programs and KOL programs. Support and execute regional education events with the education and marketing team. Accurate & timely forecasting and reporting. Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of territory accordingly. Achieve and exceed assigned targets for sales and new account acquisition. Ensure individual sales activities are aligned with the objectives set for territory development. Implement promotions and marketing strategies. Ability to travel within territory Able to lift and carry 20lbs Requirements: Two or more years successful medical sales/practice management experience and/or 2 or more years of general sales experience in a parallel market Financial/budgetary experience Excellent presentation skills Valid drivers license Must reside within territory Pay range is $90,000-$100,000 AlumierMD is an equal opportunity employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
