The successful candidate will report to the Service Manager and work as a part of the Service Department. Get satisfaction out of offering excellent service that can make a customer happy. Able to stay organized and manage time effectively. Driver''s License (G) with clean driving record. Responsibilities Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, and direct them to the appropriate person or location. Control service traffic flow and parking. Determine if customers coming into service have an appointment. Record customer''s name, VIN, tag number, mileage and existing vehicle damage. Assist lot attendant with duties at the service counter. Maintain a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc. Maintain a professional appearance. Assist customers with tire re-torques. Other duties as assigned.
