Job Title: B2B & B2B2C Sales Representative Dealer Development & Channel Growth Company: ENVO Drive Systems Inc. ENVO operates as both a consumer product company and a B2B ecosystem enabler, serving customers directly and through a growing network of dealers, distributors, fleet operators, big-box retailers, and strategic partners across North America and Europe. We are expanding our global dealer network and are seeking an experienced, performance-driven B2B & B2B2C Sales Representative to both open new dealers and farm (grow) existing partners in strategic territories. Role Summary This role is a hybrid of Hunter + Farmer , with strong emphasis on the Farmer role in B2B channel development . You will: Acquire new dealers and commercial partners Activate and onboard them properly Continuously farm and grow their sales volume Strengthen long-term strategic relationships The ideal candidate understands that opening accounts is only the beginning. Real success comes from structured follow-ups, performance tracking, dealer education, and growth farming. You will develop partnerships across: E-bike or Micromobility specialty retailers RV Boat, Powersport retailers Big-box retailers Core Responsibilities Prospect and identify new dealer opportunities in assigned territories Conduct outbound calls, emails, and online outreach Present ENVO dealer program and value proposition Align partners with ENVOs positioning and channel strategy Negotiate and close dealer agreements Secure initial purchase orders 2. Dealer Farming & Growth (Primary Focus) This is a performance-driven farming role. Maintain structured follow-up cadence with all active dealers Analyze dealer sales performance and growth opportunities Drive reorder cycles and product line expansion Ensure dealer program alignment and brand consistency Provide sales tools, training, and business support Identify underperforming accounts and activate corrective action Strengthen long-term partnerships Support dealers in improving sell-through Guide partners in merchandising and positioning Assist with seasonal planning and promotional strategies Work cross-functionally with ENVO marketing and operations teams Support trade shows and field events when required 4. Field, On-Call & Online Sales Activities In-person dealer visits when strategically required High-volume outbound and inbound calls Video conferencing and digital presentations Trade show participation Territory-based travel as needed 5. CRM-Driven Sales Discipline (Mandatory) All work must be conducted within ENVOs CRM system. This includes: Logging all inbound and outbound communications Recording meeting notes and follow-ups Tracking opportunities and pipeline stages Reporting KPIs Maintaining accurate forecasting No parallel spreadsheets or off-system reporting. CRM usage and reporting accuracy are part of performance evaluation. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Performance will be measured based on: Activity Metrics Number of inbound and outbound calls/communications made Communication quality score (based on management evaluation) Program pitch alignment score (accuracy and consistency of ENVO program presentation) Business Development Metrics Number of new dealers opened Farming & Growth Metrics Territory revenue growth CRM usage compliance Reporting accuracy Timely pipeline updates Required Qualifications: Mandatory Experience Minimum 5 years of technical sales and B2B sales experience in North America Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant industry , such as electric mobility, cycling, powersports, RV, marine, automotive, or outdoor equipment Demonstrated success in both opening new dealer accounts and growing existing accounts (Hunter and Farmer roles) Required Skills Strong dealer relationship management and account growth capability Professional sales communication skills across phone, video, email, and in-person channels Experience delivering structured sales presentations and closing B2B agreements Strong negotiation, pipeline management, and follow-up discipline Systems & Technical Competency Professional experience using CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) Ability to manage pipeline, log communications, and maintain accurate sales records Technical aptitude and ability to understand and confidently present technical products Preferred Background Experience working with or selling to bike shops, powersport dealers, RV dealers, marine retailers, outdoor retailers, fleet operators, or big-box retail partners Existing industry network or dealer relationships is an asset Personal Attributes Self-motivated, structured, and KPI-driven Strong ownership, accountability, and professionalism Ability to work independently in a hybrid and performance-based environment Compensation Structure: Competitive KPI-based base salary Commission on dealer purchases Work Structure: Hybrid: Burnaby HQ + Remote flexibility Full-time, year-round role Travel required as needed Performance-based evaluation system Onboarding Package: ENVO provides structured onboarding including: #J-18808-Ljbffr
