How You Will Make An Impact Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Landscape Worker enhances the dignity and quality of life of clients, visitors, and staff by maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming outdoor environments across all properties while demonstrating Good Shepherd''s Mission, Vision and Values. Key Responsibilities Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas across all properties Perform annual winter close-down and spring clean-up Participate in snow removal as required Plant, transplant, fertilize, water, prune, and weed flower beds and plant areas Determine annual plant selections and placement; separate and replant perennials as required Determine mulch requirements for each property Remove grass, branches, and weeds to the city dump as required Implement landscape plans and maintain curb appeal Complete assigned work orders and light maintenance duties (painting, janitorial support, lighting assessments) Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
