Work with raw sequencing data and natural language prompts to simulate real-world bioinformatics scenarios. Apply tool proficiency, deep biological knowledge, and rigorous scientific reasoning to create and validate these benchmarks. Collaborate asynchronously with a highly skilled research team. Ideal Candidate Current graduate student or degree holder (M.S., Ph.D., Postdoctoral Fellow, Research Scientist) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or a similar quantitative field. Experienced with bioinformatics command line tools. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Proficient in written and verbal communication.
