# Occupational Therapist in Abbotsford, BC Careers Occupational Therapist in Abbotsford, BC## Job Description**Expected Start Date:** As soon as possible **Work Hours:** Flexible. **Pay:** $74 $95/hour with a great signing bonus.### Key Responsibilities* Analyze the clients needs, including those with physical injuries, concussions, or mental health challenges.* Develop specific treatment plans and rehabilitation programs based on each clients situation.* Reassess and adjust treatment plans as needed to help clients reach their goals.* Assess the home to determine the need for equipment, support, or attendant care.* Work as part of a team to manage and plan client care.* Help clients transition back to work smoothly and coordinate with everyone involved.* Manage your own caseload of clients and keep accurate records.* Write reports and submit documentation on time.### Benefits**Signing Bonus:** Generous signing bonus offered. **3 Months:** Full-time hours guaranteed for the first three months. **Administrative Time:** Full compensation for time spent on training, mentorship, and completing reports. **Mentorship and Coaching:** One-year training program with full support beyond the first year.
