We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Golf Shop Retail Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring the overall success of our golf shop operations. Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories Process tee time and sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Tee-On point-of-sale system Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves and merchandise displays Assist with receiving and processing of new merchandise arrivals Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations Qualifications Previous retail experience, preferably in a golf shop or sporting goods store Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories preferred Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems is an asset Benefits: Competitive hourly wage Employee discounts on golf merchandise and apparel Opportunities for advancement and professional development A supportive and collaborative work environment with a passion for golf and customer service Application Instructions: Please submit your resume and cover letter to Kevin Hamill, General Manager.
