Job Description

FedEx Freight Canada is seeking a Corp Account Manager II LTL based in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time role is responsible for managing the company''s most strategic and complex LTL accounts, with a focus on long-term relationship building, contract negotiation, and delivering customised freight solutions aligned with the customers supply chain strategy. Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for top-tier corporate clients Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans Manage and grow revenue from top-tier national and government accounts Deliver quarterly business reviews and performance insights Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings Leverage technology and data to drive customer value Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Qualifications Postsecondary degree required Four (4) years of B2B sales experience Strong business and financial acumen and project management skills Excellent time management, organisational, analytical and problemsolving skills Highlevel negotiation skills and ability to offer competitive pricing and contract renewals Deep understanding of LTL services and pricing Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) Demonstrated expertise in consultative and valueadded selling Ability to manage complex, multistakeholder relationships Bilingual (English/French) preferred; required in Quebec Working Conditions Extensive and frequent travel required, including overnight travel Valid drivers licence required Hours may vary due to operational needs Postsecondary degree required; four years of B2B sales experience; deep understanding of LTL services and pricing; highlevel negotiation skills; intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; bilingual English/French preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
