Develop city/project operational strategies aligned with the companys overall strategic goals, and ensure the achievement of key metrics such as GMV, order volume, and market share. Coordinate regional operational resources and facilitate collaboration among BD, marketing, and operations teams. Lead the planning, execution, and review of key operational projects to continuously improve business efficiency and operational quality. Manage and optimize the merchant ecosystem within the city/region, including maintaining relationships with key merchants, advancing strategic merchant initiatives, and developing operational plans to enhance merchant engagement and partnership depth with the platform. Utilize data analysis to continuously optimize business strategies. Monitor key operational metrics (such as order volume, user conversion, and merchant activity), identify issues in a timely manner, and implement improvement plans. Lead the planning and execution of major business initiatives or special projects, including city-level operational campaigns, merchant growth programs, and user acquisition initiatives, driving sustainable business growth. Participate in team building and management, including goal setting, performance management, and capability development for team members, to enhance overall team execution and business performance. Gain deep insights into the local market environment and industry trends, continuously optimize platform operational strategies, and strengthen Fantuan Deliverys competitiveness in the local services market. Qualifications Experience in city operations or project operations is preferred. Prior team management experience is preferred, particularly managing BD teams or operations teams. Strong data analysis skills with high sensitivity to data, able to identify issues and drive business optimization through data insights. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and resource integration abilities, capable of driving complex projects to successful execution. Clear logical thinking, strong execution capability, and a strong sense of ownership with a results-oriented mindset. Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to the fast-paced environment of the internet industry.
