Our client a well-established and highly respected organization is seeking an experienced Executive Floor Receptionist to support senior leadership and ensure the seamless day-to-day operations of a high-profile executive floor. This is more than a traditional reception role. You are the face and gatekeeper of the executive office, setting the tone for every internal and external interaction. The Role You will: Serve as the first point of contact for executives, board members, clients, and VIP guests Manage a busy switchboard and direct inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Coordinate and prepare executive boardrooms and high-level meetings Oversee meeting logistics including catering, materials, technology setup, and room readiness Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive matters Work independently, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they escalate Partner with executive assistants and leadership to ensure a seamless experience on the executive floor Maintain an immaculate and welcoming reception area reflective of the organizations brand What You Bring 45 years of experience in a corporate reception or executive-level front desk role Experience managing a switchboard in a professional office environment Exposure to supporting executive meetings and high-level stakeholders The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision Confidence, maturity, and exceptional communication skills Strong decision-making ability with a focus on acting in the best interest of the company Impeccable presentation and a calm, professional demeanor A proactive mindset and strong organizational skills Why This Role?
