Lead Information Officer (AS3) Responsibilities - Administrative & Supervisory Tasks: - Coordinate daytoday tasks of IO team; ensure procedures followed. - Support IOs via checkins, training, performance reviews. - Coordinate IO schedules. - Place inventory orders for booth and store. - Support distribution of information materials. - Manage revenue tracking, reconciliation, and reporting. - Leadership: - Communicate effectively with visitors and staff. / - Provide frontline customer service and leadership. - Assist in troubleshooting, cash handling, inventory control. Qualifications - Information Officer (AS2): - High school diploma. - One year of experience per year of education for equivalency. - English language proficiency. - Available for weekend and evening shifts during season. - Valid Alberta Class5 drivers licence. - Criminal Record Check. - Standard First Aid & CPR certification. - Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office). - Lead Information Officer (AS3): - High school diploma and one year retail, supervisory, or leadership experience. - Equivalency as above. - English language proficiency. - Available for weekend and evening shifts occasionally. - Strong computer skills. - Standard First Aid & CPR LevelC/AED Certificate. - Valid Alberta Class5 licence and minimum 3year driver's abstract. - Criminal Record Check. - Experience with Shop.AlbertaParks.ca, AspiraOne (asset). - Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
