Key Responsibilities - Estimate Vehicle Repair Costs: Review photos of damaged vehicles to help estimate repair costs. - Coordinate with Repair Shops: Send photos of vehicles to repair shops to get quotes, pricing, and service details. - Schedule Repairs and Services: Assist in scheduling repair services for vehicles to be sent to repair shops. - Manage Invoices: Help with organizing and processing invoices for repair services. - Communication with Management: Answer calls and emails from management, providing updates on scheduling and repair status. - Support High Volume Work: Assist with managing a high number of estimates and appointments in a fastpaced environment. Qualifications - Education: High school diploma or equivalent. - Experience: No prior automotive experience required training will be provided. Passion and knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset. - Skills: Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail. - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with management and vendors. - License: Valid drivers license. - Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada - Location: Must be able to commute to Etobicoke Skills and Attributes - DetailOriented: Able to review photos and accurately note required repairs. - Organized: Ability to manage and keep track of appointments and estimates. - Team Player: Works well with colleagues and management. - Customer Service Skills: Friendly and professional when interacting with management. - Adaptability: Willingness to learn new processes and systems.
