Capital Building Maintenance and Restoration Team Lead Carpenter (Jasper, Alberta) Capital Building Maintenance & Restoration Inc. is a group of dedicated professionals seeking an experienced construction team lead carpenter to assist in commercial renovations throughout Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: $35$40 per hour (Negotiable based on experience). Responsibilities: - Must have tools and drivers license. - Must be able to read blueprints. - Must be able to direct and lead a crew toward success; mentor as needed. - Must have excellent written, communication, and problemsolving skills. - Must be organized and have a positive attitude. - Must be able to travel weekly per job across western Canada. - Must be able to work a condensed work week, including evenings and weekends if required. - Must be able to work unsupervised as well as in a team setting. - Installing restaurant counters and tiling experience considered an asset. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience. - Minimum 5 years supervising experience. - Valid driving licence. - Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
